No fast trainers in the market

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not

I've waited a week now (it's day 7 into the new season) and there were absolutely no fast trainers, 18 or 19 yo in the market, and I've checked all day, every day.
I've bought the best looking 18 yo there was in this week, and he's still not a fast trainer.

I'm level 3, so the 5* bracket is <35.
I had no problems finding fast trainers at levels 1 or 2

So is there something wrong or am I just very unlucky?
Has anyone else had the same problem?

On my sever I can't see any 4/5* FT
