When will Nordeus fix the next, very annoying, problem:

Will try to explain:
In the past, I was very active in my search of friends. And I am talking about FB friends.
So not the IN-game friends.
For the reason to get support at my matches.
After a while I had +/- 150 friends.
The system could not handle that. I. My upcomming matches tab I had a lot of friend who were not visible.
Thats problem 1. But in this case I dont talk about it.
I deleted lots of friends from FB, to solve that problem, they were not supporting anyway
But since I did that (Have like 30 friends left) there are many (like 15) who still are my friends and they are NOT going away
Another problem is that I cant see everybodys avatar/profile picture.
I did made a ticket for support to explain/solve the problem.
They replied with a number of things I should do. (First they said that they would dissapear in 14 days max)
I did what they said and they said "let us know if it is solved".
So I did. Told them that it was not solved. And it was even worse. I couldnt even see more friends avatars anymore as before I did what they told.
Then: they closed the ticket ???

1. Has anybody a solution?
2. When does Nordeus fix it?

PS: I am on iPad (last version before IOS 10) My iPad3 cant handle 10

Okay, I understand nobody has a solution.
But nobody has the same problem??

how many do you have ?
Now I have three, two of them send again friend request and I have them in the "waiting" list (maybe because of that they still here).
But the third didn't send again.
No clue from that

I have 33 friends. 8 of them should not be there and from 4 I cant see the avatar. It is not a big problem, but it irritates me.
When playing I cant see the avatars of 25% or so of the managers.

What the hell is going on:

When starting up T11 this morning, I saw that support did reply.
But because I had an important second leg cup match I did not read it right away. After that I had the first leg of the assocation.
After that was done I opened the ticket. And it was gone, i could only open a new ticket.
I did with and told them the thing above.
Do u think they can get my previous ticket back?
