When purchasing Tokens, every Manager needs to keep to following things in mind.

On all of our platforms (iOS, Android and Web), just like any other online transaction, the debit/credit card number will be required. Make sure you are entering the right numbers in the correct order. Also check if the card holder name is correct and if the CVV number is correctly entered.

Sometimes, aside form contacting the bank, you might also need to contact the provider support (for iOS - iTunes and for Android - Google wallet). The issue might not be with the bank. Example: In some countries a certain type of debit card might not be accepted by the payment provider.
