we got 10 tokens and 5 boosters but they ignored our question about getting the points completely. they didn't even aknowldege that we had asked about it. what a complete joke. No wonder so many people are quitting the game.

Hey everyone. It's not late to submit a ticket about the F.A. issues you've experienced. We have agents working on the weekend as well, but the amount of Top 11 players far outnumbers the support staff.

And yes, contacting support directly either via the "?" button ingame or this link, is the best way. The Twitter and the Facebook admins don't have access to the support-team's system or tools.

Also, no word on this problem getting fixed?

People will generally understand that bugs happen and sometimes it will affect them negatively.

However, what I don't accept is when a bug has been reported numerous times over a long period and nothing appears to be happening about fixing it.

I wouldn't imagine it's an overly complicated bug to fix either, but even if it is and it's on the list to fix, please tell us.
