Thread: Problems watching video offers
I have problems with watching video offers for greens.
The videos don’t work in the club store.
However at player level it is possible to add condition directly via watching a video.
So the videos are available but I’m not able to farm greens.
Could you please explain why?

Yep. It's just one of the issues I've been having with ads for the last 5 months. I rarely receive 20 a day either farmed or used directly for condition gain.Originally Posted by Petje

Hard to tell as release notes don't give clarity on anything.
And (in-app) support doesn't give any reaction.

Nothing regarding boosters and videos was changed. I don't know what's causing this disparity in video availability across the in-game menus but I'll ask around and see if we can find something about it.

Nah no prob. And sorry for the delay from support. The particular language-queue your ticket was assigned to (depending on the language in which you wrote), might be experiencing higher loads at the moment. Still though, thanks for writing to them non the less. Your ticket will be replied to for sure and it will be logged in the support channel's reports which helps out with pinpointing problems in the game, ultimately. That's how problems are spotted btw - The more stories there are about an issue, and the more parts of those stories overlap the better the whole picture gets and the better the nature of said issue can be understood.
At player level I can not watch ads, this is 2 days. I have 30 ads a day, and 10 of the players. Is there a limit?
