[Announcement] Issues Under Investigation - May 21st

Hi everyone,

We're continuing to look into issues from yesterday, we've been investigating reports related to:

-Walkover in the League/Champions League/Super League with full squads.
-Matches not being played with X minutes ago
-Showing 0 attendance
-Login Issues for some Managers

If you were impacted by one of the above issues yesterday, please contact our support team so they can log your case.

There should be no log in issues at present, but please let us know if you're still experiencing anything.

We apologise for these issues. :( We'll provide updates as we have them about this.

This is a game with lots of users and yesterday was literally chaos. You should have done this yesterday, not only now that you've solved the problems.
Many were looking for an official response here on the forum or on facebook and nothing was said.:louco:

i loose in semi final super league and a other team in my league too in semi final

Problem back again.

I cannot log in at 12:20 GMT

I lost CL semi final by a walkover.
Attendance zero in my league match.
Still training needed after performing the training sessions.
And now I am not able to log in.

I don't want 10 tokens compensation????
I want the walkover results to be corrected!
I don't invest time and tokens in this game for a month to be kicked out of the CL tournament like this!!!

Hey both, which error message are you receiving?

The compensation is 10 lousy tokens.
CL results are not fixed or re-simulated yet
Today the same **** continues in the Cup finals.

Hi Saucy!

I lost my cup final today because of this issues. I am really dissappointed, because i have not won so many titles. I have cobtacted support, because this is happening 3 times, but i dont need 10 tokens and 5 packs. I WANT TO PLAY MY FINAL

Good, but I'd like to know what is the compensation for those who were knocked out in the CL/SL and what's the compensation for those who lost a league match. Or is it a secret?

I've got the same problem an hour ago. Message was something like Guido said: Can't log in to server right now.
When I was able to log in, my league-game was labelled: game was 2 minutes ago.
3 games in my league were not played and got a 3-0 result. The rest of them were played as usual.
Before today my team was first in the league with 2 points ahead of the second team. Now I am in third place because of these serious problems...

To prepare for this game, I used all my treatments and several rest tokens and moral boosters. Apparently I've used them for nothing.

In my opinion: the only fair compensation is to replay those games! We don't want the tokens, we want fair play.

PS: I will also contact support

wtf I lose a game for I don't have 11 players eligible, and in my squad I have 23 eligible player, you stole my opportunity to have a fair play match

don't worry you get 10 tokens for losing the seasons work.

**** 10 tokens is 1 EUR, is about my time and my dedication for this season,

I lost connection about the same time but it didn't last long and thankfully i'd already won my league cup final :-)

Saucy I am going for a treble and I am the favorite, but yesterdays CL match was not played yet I won both matches 3-0 even the one that should be played tomorrow the other semi finalists had no such problems. Today I couldn't train my team and I won the cup 0-1 with a struggling team. I still can't train, all I care is a fair match, tomorrow I have to play against my main league rival and I want to be fully prepared and I don't want nor will I accept any form of compensation for the month I spent playing this season. I already contacted support.

Other bug is club history shows 3 draws , I had only 2 after counting them.

It always saying 4 trainings needed no matter how many training i have already done.And i have cup final in about an hour

Yet he failed to show up, and boommm, I completely control the game with 80% possession.. Wtf, even abandoned team wont be this bad... Yet this guy squad is almost 120%

For once im not so proud winning a trophy

I have reported my case and recieved no tokens. Also, am I out of the CL for real? Or will this be fixed?

I am going for treble as favorite too and lost in cl 3-0 3-0 before 2nd game . Am i out?

All matches was that problem at CET 13:10-13:18 „... match was not play, because defeated team didn1t arrive 11...”/

1. Play again all match in that time, and all problems time.
2. If it not possible, plse delete my account!

What kind of compensation? You kiddig us right now? Be more specific please...how 10 tokens can compensate 3 weeks of playing this season? At this phase my team could play at CL final, and 10 tokens should compensate my free time? Preparation and devs mistakes during this season??

Fair compensation?? Give 1000 tokens to all players who lost and reported this bug, for me fair deal.

Who knows any training patterns that can work like the previous goalkeeper training!??

The worst thing to me is: they don’t do anything to fix the bugs before the 2nd games due for tomorrow. They don’t give a **** about all the work that is lost.

Update:

-Attendance Issue has been fixed and match reports are now reflecting your attendance for previous matches. This was a visual bug only.

No players' attribute progress during a game... AGAIN... except players with 3 positions and speciality...
