Today I've still got problems. The app crashed while playing my league game. After restarting the app, I could access everything except my live game...

I reached out to your Support Team in my iOS app yesterday and still didn't receive any responce. I had an issue with logging in and when I finally managed to log in, the app told me that I lost the match. Because of that I lost my first place in my league.
I also would like to know what possible resolutions are you thinking of?

After the update this morning I also was disconnected during my live match. Still not able to join again :( Always stucks if I try to join the match (but able to start the game) :(

I lost my CUP FINAL because of this bug 3:0. Today i have a away game against the 2nd Place Team, so i think my league title is today gone (also in league i lost one game so far).
What i dont understand is why not all league games (which were on the same day and time) nor all my friends had this issue

Compensation of 10 tokens is a bad joke.
I invested 400 tokens and 2000 greens to train my squad. Cup Titel is screwed up (Lost 0:3 because of not enough Players). Today i play against 2nd place in League, so i think my lieague title is also in danger

They are too busy with their new tournament which is also full of bugs.
I think the end of regular competitions is near and it will be replaced by the international one.
If they stop fixing results like these semi finals then that’s a sign on the wall.

Another issue... No notification when a player learns a new position... Estrella just learned AMR during this training, and there is no 50/50 notification...

So many reasons recently to quit the game after 4 years...
I bet that you will receive information: this was visual issue and didn’t affect to the game.
Sorry for playing broken game without support and quality departament, what you expect from them is nothing... do not expect answer because we will not receive any details.
Like loosing games in the future because you don’t have 11 players.
That’s probably also a visual issue...
Until you realize it is actually happening to you without any support to fix it.

i lost my league game two time with fixed result when i have not 11 players!! i have 28 players in my squad!!! but match fixed to 3-0 for my oponnent!!!
and my whole record is shuted down with ur issue!!!!
and also my season state and all seasons state has gone and there is not my all time results like wins and unbeatings!!!!

We've patched issues from my OP: walkovers occurring incorrectly, attendance issues and those login issues. As I've written in the thread, compensation (10 tokens) has been issued for CL/SL, and for those in the League, please contact our Support team so they can help. Unfortunately, these matches cannot be replayed retroactively.
We'd like to apologise again for the issues faced, as I know this had a very negative impact on the season for some of you. I know its of little consolation, but all of the information/reports was a big help for us to work to make this kind of thing not happen. For those who are awaiting responses from our Support, I appreciate your patience as they work through the queue, and please do write if you notice issues regarding any competition in TE.

Bad joke, as a leader (Dinnyes FC) I lost against 3-0 this way against the last time, when I had to won minimum by 5-6 goals!

With 10 tokens I can do nothing now in this game, example how I can buy good player with 10 tokens? Really best joke ever.
Just shows that they don’t care that we train and play the whole season to try to achieve the best result possible. The season reaches a climax and is over by some stupidity. We don’t want token compensation but a fix of the results.
Your seasons loyalty and dedication is worth 10 tokens. That’s is no compensation, but a slap in the face.
There is a lot of bugs issues, changes of the rules (training system) during the season. That’s annoying but you can deal with it. This really pisses me off.

fixes for IC are implemented within hours and other issues are not picked up.
And the asso bug? For the 3rd time now we had an exact draw (semi final) So penalties. Result of penalties doesnt matter. Win or lose. U'll just get a draw. (The next day)

This bug exists for months now. And u know it. You just dont care. Dont tell me otherwise. (Or u are just incompetent to fix it)
International cup is the future.
Only bugs for IC are picked up.
The rest of the competitions are left to die.

I can’t get to play the game, it doesn’t even load up. No connection to the server contact support. I would like to know why this as happened and how to rectify it. If Apple get wind of the constant bugs, glitches and failures the game keeps having, I’m sure they will act upon it even remove it from the store. How the hell can Nordeus justify sponsoring Stoke City when their product doesn’t even work. Don’t say the posts in the wrong thread its hard enough trying to contact you nevermind get onto here and eventually put a post up. No contact number? No customer support? APPALLING. Can I atleast get a reply of some sort as you have my email. Fix your product!

The game play experience is totally ruined after the update, and the bugs are really insane:
Half time occurs twice in every match (at least in league, cup, friendlies, and the new internationals).
During matches, you can only use bonus once (after that the buttons become unavailable).
Substitutes don’t use any energy when you bring them on during matches (you dont need to fix that bug, Nordeus).
I just played a friendly, and after 29 minutes in that game it said that it was the end of the 90 minutes, and that players were preparing for penalty shootout. After I waited a bit, the game continued from the 29th minute and had the usual two half times. After 90 minutes, I won 4-0, after which the game asked me to select players for the penalty shootout, so that we could find a winner. After that I simply gave up, so I don’t know how the penalties ended ...
UPDATE: The match ended 7-0 to me, and the three remaining goals were scored between the 69th and 79th minute of normal play. How they were scored I don’t know, because I swear that after final whistle at 90 minutes I won 4-0. But then of course there was the mystery penalty shootout, which may have resulted in time being turned back ...

@Nordeus: When bugs are so insane, and at the same time so consistent, then please explain how you managed to NOT catch them in testing before you released this update.
I’m level 58, and I have never been closer to quitting T11, because there simply isn’t a game to play anymore. FIX IT NOW.
I have enjoyed playing the game for over a year but the bugs and connection errors have made it almost unplayable. Wonder if the game is now too big and you can't cope.
