Game in windows 10 not loading

Can you try to go to the control panel to windows update and try to search updates to see if there is one that can solve the issue?

Windows 10 is all up to date...

It says

Have you tryed to play using Firefox?

another option would be try to find a update for the chrome extensions and add-ons... still Im not sure really...

Exactly I already reset Chrome so all extensions are gone from Chrome also..

But I think it is something in the computer..

Just rolled back the update ..

I tried now....but still not working...

I get sad.. because I really love this game

Im gonna bet for something related with the graphic card, as Ive said earlier xD

a screen capture of what u exactly see can help... still, this would need help of someone more experienced. I just can try to guess or figure out the problem and suggest you some posible solutions as if it was my case but, no more sadly....

still exist the option of a reinstall of the windows 10... (as posible solution) or check out, if you have a nvidia card, its drivers or to check out the directX version....

But really, I cant suggest much more man...
