No x2 bonus for training and no free vids

After the update i cant train anymore with the x2 bonus

cleared the cache updated the drivers reinstalled the game but nothing works

no popup for the x2 bonus

hope it will be fixed soon

Ok here we go again.
None of the admins are replying in the other threads where this has been brought up, so it's now here in bugs and issues.
Videos are not working properly again.
I'll repeat, just to make sure there's no misunderstanding. Videos are not working properly.
Examples: A. No videos to farm rests, but for everything else.
B. Blue button lit up, but takes an eternity to never find a video. Even though you haven't watched your daily limit.
C. Video starts, but has no countdown timer and goes straight to the end with the X to close the window. = not watched = no reward.
I'm getting nothing, absolutely nothing today.
Questions: Will it be fixed? When?
Does Nordeus know about this?
Do they care?

Yes, I don’t have any videos either. I cannot train my players with double bonus, no blue button to increase morale or condition of the players etc. Why and how can you break videos?!

Mentioned many times between us Mods and passed up to Admins by us. Still awaiting a response.
It seems that for many, you only get videos 24hrs after your last load. Last few days I’ve managed 35 or so farmed then another 20 odd by replenishing players directly. But I have no X2 available for training (greyed out). However for many no videos at all.
There is no consistency or reason and we’ve had no explanation from the Devs as to why this is now happening or what has changed.
Frustrating? Definitely!

but why all this struggle??? they have a problem and they have to fix it. the only thing was actually ok in this game now it's not working anymore. i don't want to install and reinstall TE daily just to get free boosters. that's bull**** and they have to fix the problem.

What a mess this is. I used to watch my vids and do my X2 training during breakfast before I went to work. Now my matches are over before I get the free rest packs in the evening and when I do get them I have to restart the game 4 or 5 times to get them all.

This is affecting many. Something has changed with videos this week and now some are getting 50-60 daily whilst others get none.
No explanation received yet.
