Won the league but no tokens from association

I sent some negotiations in the last week of the season and I think they timed out. Instead of refunding me the tokens, it charged me the offer price again, leaving me on over -8 tokens.Now I have - 2 tokens. I can’t make any signings for the new season. I won the league and no rewards from association. I even reported this bug and given my email. ckinigo@gmail.com
