Yep the automated response did mention they are aware and asked for the account manager ID. I am assuming they will fix it backend but have not received any response hence my inquiry. Is it normal to wait this long for a response or will they not respond at all?
I mean it’s blatantly advertised that we can earn tokens by inviting friends to the game and the automated response does lead you to believe they will link it for you. If that isn’t the case, they really shouldn’t mislead us.
I cannot say regarding response from support as I don’t know. You’re right about misleading though. I will mention this to the Devs now in fact.
