“Payment pending” on IOS

I haven’t been able to purchase tokens for a few days using my iPhone due to the payment pending message (picture attached)

Anyone else having this?
Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled, and restarted my device numerous times.

Really sorry about this. This is an iOS issue where some previous payment hasn't been processed on their side and now this one is pending. Please reach out to their support or you can try again after some time.

I can’t seem to be getting any responses with the customer service. I have emailed, sent messages but no one reply. I’m so fed up.
