Bug & Technical problem? Very important, from special event interest with Prizes?

Very important problem, please help me.
i won the friendly championship special event. and morning click to claim the prizes (logo, jersey) but i see on my screen "error..." in black box. and the claim button are can't see. Go to invertoy and looked 1 2 3 4 times again again they prizes not come to me.


Now i can't claim again and where are my prizes?
How i can get my prizes?

I have only 1 star logo it is send to me my friend.
i have not get from game event ?
Why anyone anyone not help me?

i am a lot of delete and installing game, and open from chrome but not solved.
I was unable to save the error screen. because after typing the error, the game was lost, I reconnected and there was no receive button.
