i am not stupid! i can look and different the items, which are gifted to me which are get from game.. if close the gift button, this is gifted to me from another friend. if has a gift button they are gived from game to me.
I haven't reward from game event. Why anyone understand this problem ? why why why?
where are admins? why can't solve the problem?

The awards won are not received. There are no rewards in the club store. I think the game got into bugs. How can we solve this?

This is a bug which should be reported but Nordeus are fond of not replying to your problem rather they keep asking irrelevant questions. All questions and problem I've reported in the past few days none was resolved.

Today I bought a player worth of 41 tokens but lost connection before the countdown ends, after logging in, I received message that I won the player but I didn't get option to return any tokens. I tried to message them but keep asking unrelated questions to my issues. I'm just fed up messaging them but if there is another way to reach them apart from using the game please tell me
