Welcome bro ....this week i have learned patience in huge extent (maybe i haven't learn that much patience in life)...top11 have taught me patience,🙄.

Still have the same problem , this time was stable for the first mins but after some time , disk at 100% again and heavy lag / freeze .

The thing i noticed is that , settings (game settings , like sound on /off ) are not getting saved. i logged a first time , switch sound off then closed the game. I reopened it and sound was on again. so it didn't register the setting

maybe i'm the lucky one then cos it hasn't frozen and not lagging at all. the only problem is it's running a bit high 42% and top 11 is only tab active (google chrome)

For me the web version doesn't work at all now, not even loading... :(

yes i'll do that and check in 30 minutes. i already ran it for 15 mins and was fine.

Hi, can you rename of the thread as Lag on the game v10.4 ? Therefore Developers have supposed to be related only web version, but the problem is much more complicated than they think. Lag is still in all platforms. I kindly suggest you stop developing partial web fixes. Please change your aspect of it for a second in this case.

Let's focus this thread on the PC version only, is true tha Android is lagging too ( a bit ) but at least the game is running there

yes it's very playable and only very slight lagging (couple of seconds max).
meanwhile my top 11 on pc is still running, did training, chose my 4 youths for next season, claimed prizes in special sponsor and still running well. no lagging or freezing and pc is calm now

Hi Sausy,

I cleaned all before testing... game loads faster than before, pictures are loading faster and clicking between several menus are going faster.
I support a friend and tried to watch his match. The animation started to lag more and more after some seconds
and freezed after this. The whole game lagged totaly.
I had problems to get out of it before my laptop crashed like the trys before.
If I would play an own match I think same will happen so at last the web version is further unplayable.

In the moment I try to play over my handy with the app but here are the poroblems getting also worst with lagging.
It is more and more a problem to wish the screen ... need four trys for changing from left to right.
App loads a long time this brings trouble if your are kicked out of your own match what happen also often,
but this is a problem since a long time before.
To change between a menu needs too a long time also to support someone.
Watching videos for packs also needs now too much time for reloding the button. Sometimes during this the app stopped.
Akku power drains in 10 minutes down for 20 % never had this before. The akku is not old !
Prozessor is overheating in the same time for over 25% so it is impossible to play a longer time.

I don't want to kill my phone or tablet :(

So by reading the feedbacks from friends ,

For some it's solved while for some is not

yes i have no problems to report at all. i have even watched several friends games, deliberatly clicked from one game to another to test it and all is good at my end

Are you using chrome ? or firefox ?

google chrome
16 RAM (gamer pc) very powerful

i'll let the game run on IE Chrominium for a bit and firefox too to test it there and post back in an hour. 30 mins on each

That might be the reason, most of us have 8 gb ram and still have the issue , while my assomate have 16 gb and is ok.

So is a issue of ram cosumption , and when the system see the Ram memory full , start a process called '' paging ''( or swapping ) that consist into use a part of the Hard disk as a ram memory.

But the Hdd is not fast like the ram , so to try keep up with the ram speed it runs at max , but this cause heavy lag

You must be gravely mistaken. You're misleading Dev team. It's not 'a bit', Mobile version is as bad as PC game. There are lag, huge power consumption and overheating. Please accept existence of them. PC responds the same issue different than mobile. I'm very sure, the game won't be fixed well, unless you don't consider the problem in general and develop 10.5 version accordingly.

They are already aware of the lag in the mobile version , we reported that internally . But this thread is related to PC version only

btw i ran top 11 on firefox and chronium (IE) and both totally fine over 30 minutes

The team has been debugging this issue with lag across several browsers since it was reported; with this most recent version release, the team is only able to detect the issue continuing in some cases in Chrome, and not in Firefox, so please check across different browsers if you can. They're continuing to actively work on finding out the root cause.

As part of the optimizations on Chrome, the team has made a change that attempts to free some space on first load of the game, so in your case IImaestroII, your sound settings should be saved following the second load of the game.

Regarding the mobile version for Android, the team is also aware and investigating the cause of these performance issues that some are experiencing. I hope for more news as well on this.

This is of course not the experience we aim for and we're sorry this is still occurring. :/ We will provide more updates about all of these issues as soon as we have them.

Yes now is working much better, it occupies way lesser ram, disk still at 100% sometimes but the game is working

It makes no difference for me if I use google chrome or firefox both browsers shows the same problems.
I tried now firefox and it needs only one minute till it lags and freeze.
Next try again with chrome and same crap:( I think it is not a browser problem !!!

I have only 8 GB Ram on board

Wipe browser cache and retry , on chrome go on settings , privacy section

Yes all programms and drivers ,also chrome on the latest version. I take care on my hardware and I am no newbie ;)
with this things ... thats only my status in forum here ;)

But I am really tired of this problems ... it makes no fun anymore to try to play ... web and android app lags like hell !

I tried it, and yep it is a bit better, but still there are lags, not like before but yet its not fixed 100%, most and massive lags came when friends game pop up in right down corner( i hope you know what i meen :D)

Still nit wirking...

I have a laptop of 4gb

it loads late after i click on anything ....still lags in every 4-5 sec ....not smooth like previous version....need to fix it in pc

I don't have any idea what did you change on it, but i just want you to know that there are some performance improvements on Android side and less overheating there. Power consumption is still too much.

Thank you Sausy. I had not seen your update post, when i sent my feedback here. Well, now i update the game to 10.4.1 and let me share my first impressions on it.

It seems lags are completely disappeared now. The game launch just to be fast like before. The update keeps the phone away from overheating and battery drains as well. For my side, the only problem left is whether this undefined next match screen is fixed or not.
