No free rewards videos since the beginning.

I started to play again top eleven at 30/1/2018.
I play only from PC (not by phone) and i have facebook only for top eleven.
I check every day until today 26/2/2018 and i have see none free reward video.
i don't know if that is a bug or some other problem or the game has no free rewards videos for almost a month.
Any ideas?

Didn't Khris suffer the same problem? Sorted it by playing from phone?
Although it has to be said that playing from a mobile device guarantees nothing from ad providers at the moment. Between my 2 teams I've had 6 videos so far today thanks to a video which refuses to play, and which after 3 attempts shuts down the app on iOS. This video has been in the loop now for about 5 days, I've seen someone else complain of the same thing here in the forum.
No point in contacting support. No way of contacting ad providers.

android works better than iOS I think.
Also the boosters farming it's better from mobile/tablet, no browser.

Of course depends from the country you are.

Ads videos are only available by smartphone, by PC no one are allowed to watch them.

There is a solution for PC players. Download an android emulator such as Bluestacks or NOX and play Top11 through Google Games and voila 30 videos every day.

Just to let you know guys, about the emulators, we've been informed that the use of emulators is not allowed cause goes against the Top Eleven terms of service and the providers ones, so using them can lead to temporary/permanent bans.

Well...this is not exactly fair. FIRST fix your issues. Make sure that EVERY player can claim his free 25 boosters from smartphone EASY. I mean without restart phone/game/reseting google id/ clear game cache etc..etc etc. THEN and only then you can ask from players not to use emulatores. I will use them until the day that i will open my phone, start the game and after pressing the green booster the button will turn blue. Without any/ other "hacks". Cheers.
