Video reward bug

When I clicked on the Get Free button, a blank screen pops up with an X button on the top right corner (screenshot attached). However, the X button is unresponsive. So I have to exit the game manually. Happened over 50 times today. Struggling to complete my video rewards.

I will see if I can find out what the issue is. Have you tried clearing your cache? Game reinstall?
If no luck, please log a ticket with the Support team.

Hi Dave. I did clear my cache, but the issue persists. Did not try reinstalling the game though.
