Video reward bug

When I clicked on the Get Free button, a blank screen pops up with an X button on the top right corner (screenshot attached). However, the X button is unresponsive. So I have to exit the game manually. Happened over 50 times today. Struggling to complete my video rewards.

I will see if I can find out what the issue is. Have you tried clearing your cache? Game reinstall?
If no luck, please log a ticket with the Support team.

Just discovered top eleven had forums, I thought I'd report the frequent video ads bugs because it happens often but this time it completely freezes my game.
I'm not going to wait until the end of the season for it to be fixed, not renewing my monthly token card
