Today I have the same problem. I can't load daily videos in this game. During 3 days I have lost more then 50 boosts because of this problem. And till the present time I haven't any reply from the Administration. I cleared the cash, I also reinstalled this game but nothing helps. Also the Nordeus help team is not working in the right way. I can't address my concern to the Nordeus help team directly.
