Problems with daily video bugs

I want to report some bugs in the daily videos
Some videos show slowness, to the point of stopping the App itself, not arrive finish the video count..
another situation, I see about 5 or 6 videos, then it loads, loads and no video comes out...

A person has to enter, exit, enter several times to see all the videos...
I have 2 accounts and the same problem occurs on 2 accounts...

I've done everything, cleared the cache, changed the advertising id, etc etc.
Since the last update, it has some bugs..

Facing same issue as you when using Apple device. Ok on Android. Issue started a few hours ago. Was fine before. For me, restarting the app didn't work. Loads but eventually no ads.

I have the same bugs on Android with correct Video loading. Only 1-2 videos and then it stops to load any videos.

Unable to watch videos this morning. so far I have lost my 25 green boots

The same problem today. As a result I have lost 50 green boosts. And no help from Administration.

Today I have the same problem. I can't load daily videos in this game. During 3 days I have lost more then 50 boosts because of this problem. And till the present time I haven't any reply from the Administration. I cleared the cash, I also reinstalled this game but nothing helps. Also the Nordeus help team is not working in the right way. I can't address my concern to the Nordeus help team directly.

It gets worse and worse.
Videos are very slow, the APP itself is very slow, everything is slow.
