How to face 4-3-1-2

I have no idea how to face them
they have super strong ST
what should I do ?

i won 5-1 in 1/4 CL first leg with 3-5-2 flat.
i aloso lost 5-3 in the second leg,but i vas away.

The game i won, i transformed the formation in 3-1-5-1, at 2 or 3-1, and it worked.

Also should I play defensive with counter attack since they dont have DMC ? or play offensive with offside trap ?

sure is 3N-1-5-2, the first... to cover this ST x2 and the AMC... I have to say that been better, usually I win when I put the players in the same position of the other team... so, in my case, against 4-3-1-2 I/you can use 4-1-2-1-2 with blue arrow in the DMC and red in the DL and DR to have more attacking...

Hi there guys am to play against a very strong 4-3N-1-2 at home .
Away match he beat me 3-0.Please i need to beat him.I play 3N-2W-2-1-2.down middle , mixed focus all therest normal,
