My Formation 4-1-2-1-2

I have also same formation and I have tried a lot of combinations, but hasn't found the best one yet. Anybody else have suggestions about this formation? It should be one of the best formations ( attacking ) in this game?

ND was very strong at the start of this season, but later on something happen...Anyway your info about orders is right,what i will change is that when you atacking use short passing, when playing def with counter atack then use long passes
