Match against a much stronger opponent using 4-4-2

[Lokomotiv Plovdiv]

I know there are many threads for the 4-4-2, but this guy has 7 quality above me.
Till now i've beaten 4-4-2 with ND and 4-5-1V (equal quallity or slightly better), but i'm not sure if it'll work against an opponent that stronger than me.
I think of going ND: defensive,through the middle, own half, hard tackles, long passes, zonal with counter on.
Any tips are welcome.

hi,m8!dont use long bals vs this strong 4-4-2 . try 4-4-1-1/or 4-1-4-1 BUT normal ,own half hard tackles ,counter on .Good luck
