Just play a formation that is midfield heavy, It doesn't have to be the formation stated if you can't play it. 3N-1-4-2 could be a possibility.

Change to *attacking, mixed and whole pich and it should be good... Down both flanks is recommended/suggested if you have good DL/DR or ML/MR... Btw, how good is your team?
