Table of Counter Formations - What to use?

im seeking an alternative for this:

3N-2(DML/DMR)-2MC-1-2 3W-1-3W-2AMC-1

i cannot use 3W-1-3W-2AMC-1 because i only have 3 mc`s and one of them with red card.
and i only have 1 amc.
I`m playing at home aginst quality 34.3 and i`m 39 (+4.7)

Just play a formation that is midfield heavy, It doesn't have to be the formation stated if you can't play it. 3N-1-4-2 could be a possibility.
