Table of Counter Formations - What to use?

Hello, i'm lvl 19...my team strength is 113,5.

I need help how to play against formation 4-1(DMC)-2(MR,ML)-2(AMC)-1.
Which formation and tactic?!?
Skill of my players on the pitch is cca. 165, his 155.

Ughh... very obscure formation... what about to try 4-4-2 Classic?
The formation looks almost like 4-3W-2-1 X-Mas Tree, so why not to counter by Eiffel Tower: 3W-2DMC-3N-1-1?

Hi everyone! i'm level 2 currently leading the league,i found this player who's after me at 2d place(and he won't give up!!LOL) playing this uncommon formation,i checked out the table of counter formation,and the only 4-2-2-2 i've found is the Hexagon...this one doesn't look like anything similar to an Hexagon...so i wonder what kind of **** is that??i can even say since he's using this formation he never lost a match.tomorrow i'll counter him,i'm not worried about it..i'm 7 pts further...but you never know...Does anybody know anything about this formation?thanks in advance.

I guess the logic is that once you have a well covered/balanced defense(4 is enough),3 Strikers should not scare you that much if you hit your opponent right before,in the midfield.
so basically the 4-1-4-1,against that 4-3-3 gives you +1 advantage in the midfield,So it makes sense to me.your opponent might succumb right there.Personally i scored big even playing with just 1 Striker,so i can tell the match is mostly decided in the midfield,combined with the right tactic/orders.Always supposing that both of the teams have the same skills or kind of.Plus that formation doesn't even have any wing...i would hit him down on the flanks!

your DMC might become useful in that case,he's right in between of the lines.Anyway,there's nothing sure when it's about Top Eleven,there are too many factors influencing the events.Just try tactics and orders like i do...then everyone will find their own best ones for their team.

well just want to confirm, against a 3-4-1-2, the 4-1-2-1-2 works excelllent (^-^) today I had a champions league match.. was a 50-50... but I won 1-3...

well the 3 ST arrows in red (well 2 ST and 1 ... AMC?? ..false ST xD), the rest, all in blue, except DL DR without arrow.

in all the field,
normal,
long pases,
zone, and counter and off*** yeah.
