Table of Counter Formations - What to use?

Hi.I'll be glad to add something in this thread cuz I think it's awsome.I play this game from 3 years and I changed a lot of formations so I think I can help for something.
For first : 4-5-1 V style is very easy to counter with 4-3N-1-2.There is no logic but it's true at 100% percents.4-1-3N-2 is countering this formation too.
4-4-2 I counter with 4-4-1-1
I think 4-5-1 V style is not countering with 4-3N-3,it's vice versa.
4-1-3W-2 is countering with narrow diamond or 4-3N-2W-1.The other formations in the table are right

So I'm playing today versus 4-3N-1-2 (with 2 oponents). I'm looking for a counter formation and on the table there is info that it can be countered with 4-3N-2(AML/AMR)-1, 4-5-1 V-Style, 3N-5-2 flat.

You've wrote that 4-5-1 V style is very easy to counter with 4-3N-1-2. So what the heck is really with this tactic?

I would be thankful for any advice how to be oponent with 4-3N-1-2 formation with equal or slightly worse team.

I am playing against a 3w(dr-dc-dl) -1dmc-2n(mc, mc)-3w(amr-amc-aml)-1 ( st)

We are playing for cup and our teams are at the same level (25.4 me and he is 25.6)
Any idea about it?
