Table of Counter Formations - What to use?

Hi guys I need u guys advice... I got a important Cup match coming up and Our Average Quailty is 34.4 vs his 34.0 he is using the 3N-4-1-2 formation if I use the 4-1-2-1-2 ( narrow diamond ) anything else shd I look out for or wld u guys suggest?

I think 4-5-1 V motivated might be effective, if there is no goals until half time, change to 4-1-2-1-2..

I tried but as my DMC got injured in e 11th min & not having 1 spare DMC no choice but to play with 5-3-2 n later changing to 4-3-3 despite having 15% ( 1 friend came in support me till 70+ mins ) He came in and reduce to 7% my possession was slighty better over him but was unable to score goals ended in a 0-2 defeat * Out of his 11 9 wif special skills scout players... Thx for ur advice anyway nw juz think what formation to use in the 2nd leg... 56% - 44% (his) possession 12 shots - 13 shots (his) but important thing is I hv only 1 shot on target while he got 7!!!

find his weaker side, look at statistic of the players (check point 4,5,6), than counter that side.. even he had high quality players but its not guarantee that the players playing better..
This game not always depending on formation or players, we need more luck too..
