Table of Counter Formations - What to use?

well he was 58 quality against mine 26 so i went for defensive, down both flanks (my best player was there,so put according ur best player), Long (but if u want to use mixed does not matter i believe), own half, zonal, counter attack, no offside.

PS : to know if your formations works, see the possession bar...if its always lower 50 then its not suitable against them (i bet you know this though)lol

But I'm playing against someone like 26.7 and I have 39.0, although he's an active player and watches his matches... So possession is key here, I am going for the 3-1-4-1-1
