Table of Counter Formations - What to use?

anyone know how to beat this formation ?
i was using 3W-4-3, and the orders normal,flanks,own half,normal tackle,mixed zonal,no counter no OT.
and changed my formation to 3N-5-2 and it give noting special
his mc so strong,he scored int he first 5 mins
how do i beat this team ?
hes the best team in CL

Try either 3n-1-4-2 or 3w-1-4-2, both with counter attack condtions. Use the wide defense if his ML/MR are getting through too much. If he is still able to get too many shots on your goal switch to a more defensive 4-1-3n-2 with counter attack conditions. Sometimes the opponent's team is just too good, and there isn't a formation that will beat them (unless your team gets significantly better).

Playing against 4-4-2 flat later tonight. Few stars less than me. Gonna use the 3-2-2-2-1 butterfly, but i need some help on teaminstructions and arrows. Any suggestions?
