How to beat 4-1-2-2-1 ???????

with 1 lone st, you dont need all 4 defs and they have 1 dmc to hack away your counter attack (so 4-3-3 should not be chosen), especially your rival is playing without wingers, So the ideal ones should be 3-1dmc-4-2 or 3-2dmc-3W-2. normal/attack, focus mixed, red arrows on Mr,ML (if they are capable playing as AMR,AML, if not just leave them originally).
