How to Win Against Any Formation?

Guys my next oponent has some real weird tactics...
Normally i find 4-5-1 V style able to beat most formations playing through the flanks, but then i find this:

MC-MC-MC
DML----DMR
DL--DC--DR

Will i be able to do good attacking from the flanks vs a combo of dl dml dr dmr or should i just go 4-5-1 focusing center attack with 3 mc 2 amc?

I would go for a 4-5-1 against that...

dl dc dc dr
dmc dmc
ml mc mr
st

Go on attacking mentality
down both flanks
press half
mixed passing
zonal marking

with counter attack

arrows on your dl dr dmc's and ml mr to go forward attacking

what's the best formation to counter 4-3-2-1 (dl-dc-dc-dr3mc,aml-amr,1St) .i don't have a dmr-dml-mr..I've read posts here and they all based on a counter formation with dML-dmr..I have a stronger attacking team but he beat me 2-1 last time..help will be appreciated
