I would consider it a 3-5-2, but those DMCs might have blue arrows on them. Based purely on the formation alone, I would go for 3-2-2-2-1:

You'll attack down the wings, red arrows on the wingers. Whether you play attacking or counter attacking depends on which team is stronger.
