What tactics better to put up against him?
Lost the first game 3-1 (away), although rated team I above.

I've been playing with the tactics (when he lost 3-1):
ST - ST
AMC
ML - MC - MR
DMC
DC - DC - DC
passes mixed, attacking style.

I'd go for the 4-2-2-2 Hexagon, It seems to be good at getting results against teams that play in similar formations to this.

I do not understand what you mean here: "Play attacking mentality, down the flanks, and red arrows on your wide players" you can explain it for example like this: MC (UP) DC (DOWN).
I have MR but just 3 stars.
What better? MC 5 stars or MR 3 starts?

Tentatively, I would suggest attacking, down the flanks, own half, normal tackling, mixed passing, zonal marking, no counter attacks, no offside traps. Red arrows on AMs, blue arrow on DMC. If it's not working, try butterfly; take off one ST, move the other ST to the centre, and put in DML and DMR, the DMC will move to the side and the ST will sub for the other wingback. No arrows on your new DML and DMR, maybe blue arrows on MCs when you switch to butterfly.
