Play whatever you want, your opponent is playing an illegal formation as there is no player on his left side.

Remember to keep your formation legal and you'l be fine.

Which orders should I use against opponent with team slightly worse than mine? He is using 4-3-1-2

It would help if they did a bit more homework first.
Those DM's could be doing anything.
Goals scored by them is usually a good indication as to how he plays them.

Played against it a few time a few seasons ago in the CL
I played 3N-2N-2W-2N-1

I would try a 4-4-1-1 (DL-DC-DC-DR-ML-MC-MC-MR-ACM-ST) and attack through the center because he only blocks the wing.

the pic above is the team i'm going to play against next in league. A very curious formation, but how to play effectly against it ?
Do you have any idea ?

I think my 4-4-2 formation (red arrows on ml,mr,dl and dr) works good, but is it also good in that case ?

Facing opponent in CHL tonight, away game. He is playing 3N-1-3W-1-2.
I have abit better team, avg quality of 27.2 vs 26.5
