Hey everyone!
I'm having two games today.
Both playing 3-4-1-2
First opponent playing DC/DC/DC
Second opponent DL/DC/DR
I usually play 4-5-1 V
What do you think??

Thx For the quick replay dv8r.
Was thinking bout that option... but didn't want to move dmc because of their amc's...
any tips against :
DL--DC--DR
--DMC--DMC
--MC---MC
-----AMC---
---ST--ST
I think any decent team should beat that. Play your strongest squad in their favourite positions. I would try 3n-3n-2w-2, This gives you 3 at the back to counter his 2 ST, 5 in midfield to match his 5 in MF, and your AML/AMR & 2 ST should be enough to beat the defensive setup.
You want to use attacking, pressing whole pitch, and focus down the wings (As he has no DL or DR, I think that's the weak point). Normal tackling, zonal marking, offside trap is up to you but good when you're only using 3 defenders, no counter as you want to be attacking the whole time.

I have a question about playing against 4-2-2-2 hexagon. I am playing team at top of my league, away, and I must win.
My strongest team would be 4-5-1V style, and this is recommended vs 4-2-2-2 hexagon, so that's alright.
What is the best use of arrows and orders? It says I should use arrows on DR, DL and DMC, is this best or too risky?
Should I attack down the flanks? I'm sure this is what he will be doing. I'm thinking of using normal mentality, normal tackling, down both flanks, mixed passing (Or would short be better?), and zonal marking. I won't use offside trap, but not sure if I should use counter attack?
Thanks.
How to win against this formation. I can't find it on the first page:
DC DC DC
DML DMC DMR
MC MC
ST ST
I believe 4-5-1 V can counter the hexagon. I suggest you start off defensive with counter attack then move to normal and attacking depending on the score. As 4-5-1 V is a defensive and attacking formation, you can decide what to use. But generally, start off with defensive counter, no arrows..Then if you are losing then attacking with arrows.
