He's probably playing following 4-3-1-2 formation:

so i think it is more a 4-3-3 formation if he's using red arrow on AMC, right?
so i got 3 possible formations to encounter it, but which one will be the best?
4-5-1 V Style (almost my favourite !) ^^
or
A 3-3-1-2-1 formation (playing on Defense but with offensive wingers !)

Passing objective through the flanks. Other options depends on your level.
Of course if you are much better you can play with a 4-2-2-2, always through the flanks.

Most of the times this are the orders for 4-5-1 V, the counterattack orders may work if ur opponent has no DM(C/R/L), not the case. And offside trap is not needed. As its narrow and probably hes just using the center for attacks, 3 DC may do the trick, and as you need to kick back, i will change the def to AMC... bit risky maybe... or maybe as a MC will work too, you will have the centre dominated, For this i will use short passing style, down both flanks. He is weaker than me, its the second leg of the semifinal of the Champs, and i wanna beat him! On the first leg i won 0-2 so i have a nice advantage, but he can cause some harm with this (specially if he goes hard attacking).
Probably a 4-1-2-1-2 Narrow diamond can be a good counter (attacking through the middle), but not sure. Usually i use a 4-5-1 V style, wich may work, but i think i may need an extra punch in defense... maybe 4-2-1-2-1 with 2 DMC and 2 AMC? That should give me good possession, attack the centre where he is weaker and strong defence on the centre and sides... this shall come with short passing centre, own half, def ment, counter may be on...
