Normal, both flanks, own half, normal, short zonal No OS No Counter.
If you can gain possession but not creating much switch to mixed passing, but keep an eye on possession you don't want to start losing to much.
If your holding him at HT try putting red arrows on the AML/AMR, or start that way if you want to try and surpries him, if it gets desperate, switch to hard attack add red arrows to the DMR/DML and pray.
If you should get the lead switch to hard defending put down arrows on your AML/AMR, long passing mixed focus.

Thx for reply, but I didn't ask for help against 4-1-3-2. I asked for 4-3-1-2.
