my formation is just a normal 3-5-2 and my dc is defencive
is this a good formation?

it's quite good but not always you can win.
you should at least have amc and dmc in your formation

the AMC to make good counter attack
the DMC to make the counter attack fail and face any AMC/R/L and stop him/them.

has anyone good universal tactics?? It should be defensive I think so, because not everyday I can eneter the game and change tactics for opponent

Works better if you have DML/ML & DMR/MR
Defensive, Own half, Through centre, Tackling normal, Passing mixed or long, Zonal, No O/S Force counter yes.
Down arrows on all three DC'c, red arrows on MC, AM's and ST

I just suffered a draw against this odd formation against a team 16 points lower than me. I am now assuming that due to my first blemish, the other teams in my league will use this formation...

How do I counter with this? The game ended 3-3 and luckily I had the game tying goal when I was forced to use hard attacking at the end.
