I am not sure if i shall use this lineup:

DL --- DC ---DC --- DR

----MC--MC--MC------
------AMC-AMC-------
----------ST----------

I have this match at home, my opponent is almost equal than me.

Your formation looks fine except that you have an extra player. I would take out a DC and MC, and put in a DMC, play an asymmetrical 3-2-2-2-1, if you want to make as few changes as possible. However, zonally, you're better off fielding your attackers on the extreme left and right, and dead centre, especially AMs and Ms. One striker will do.

I would suggest this formation, attacking, down both flanks, own half, normal tackling or hard if the opponent quality is very close to you or higher, mixed passing, zonal marking, no counters, no offsides. Red arrows on all four wingers, blue arrows on DMCs.
