How to Win Against Any Formation?

Hello. I will play against ************* donator)) my avr lvl is 22-23 and his is 38-39. What could u advice to me? he plays that way:

same here. anybody can give advice? he stronger than me, the different of average is like 8. its a cup match

anybody? already check 1st page but dont found it
im thinking use 4-4-2 diamond so my DMC can counter his amc. my 3dc counter his 2 st. and to counter atk im using his hole without DMC with my amc and 2 striker. how about it guys?
