Opponent formation:

Away game. Almost same quality as me, little slower (32 vs 31,5)

I was thinking about this;

AMR----AML-

Tacts: Defensive, down both flanks mixed passing, own half, normal tackling, counter-attack, zonal marking.

or should I go attack, down both flanks, mixed pass, whole pitch, no counter?

How about arrows on players? He has pretty good strikers and AM's

Don't tell us the average quality, it would be best if you could get screenshots of both sides. Tentatively, I would suggest 3-2-2-2-1 as below as your 4-5-1V would be quite exposed to his AMs.

You have two choices, to either attack or defend:
Attacking, down both flanks, own half, normal/hard tackling, mixed passes, zonal, no counter attacks, no offside traps.
Defensive, down both flanks, own half, normal/hard tackling, long passes, zonal, counter attacks, no offside traps.
