I will play against the tactic:

AMC
ML-MC-MR
DL-DC-DC-DC-DR

What tactics better to put up against him?
Lost the first game 3-1 (away), although rated team I above.

I've been playing with the tactics (when he lost 3-1):
ST - ST
AMC
ML - MC - MR
DMC
DC - DC - DC
passes mixed, attacking style.

I'd go for the 4-2-2-2 Hexagon, It seems to be good at getting results against teams that play in similar formations to this.
