How to Win Against Any Formation?

Good Day to you all. This is my 1st posting and would like your help. I am to meet the Top in the table and he is using this formation.

What would be the best formation to overcome this?
By the way. My compliment to Adel for starting a Thread like this for us to know more about T11.

Is it cause i played from the flanks?
i had also,normal game,own half no trap no counters

I have a new game against a better team than mine.

Ok, i have lost cause of a freakin red card and 2 penalties... with normal tackling. I am really, really, REALLY mad. Another great Nordeus UI simulation....
