How to Win Against Any Formation?

So, I can put any formation I want with my best players and don't look oponnent's one.

So, if I understand, if he's got 4-1-2-1-2 diamond:

And I don't look this, but play with 4-4-2, 4-5-1- 3-5-2, 3-1-1-1-1-1...

i'm always losing when my opponent use this formation :

how can i beat this formation n what formation should i choose for my team?

I would play 4-3N-2(AMR-AML)-1, red arrows on DL,DR and middle MC blue, mentality normal, mixed passing, press whole field, mixes passing and counter on, that works for me to counter the narrow diamond, played it 3 times, scored 13 goals and a clean sheet
