    how to beat a 3 - 3 - 3 - 1 ?

    AML--AMC-AMR
    DML-DMC-DMR-

    thought about the "Narrow Diamond" with an AMR(UP)

    ----ST---ST----
    -------------AMR(Up)
    ----MC---MC---
    -----DMC-----
    DL--DC--DC--DR <----- all blue arrows? or reds to DL/DR?

    you ca use 4 4 2 with normal mentality and short passing ... and use down both flanks ... no counter attack .. no offside trap ... red arrows at DR/L MR/L and good luck
