don't play ever with 4 3 2 1

use 4 4 2 or if you wanted to use the AMC you have .. then use 4 4 1 1 with normal mentality ... short passing ... down both flanks /Mixed as you want ... own half ... counter attack ... offside trap.

1st of all i think this is illegal formation but any way try 4 4 2 classic with these orders:
Normal mentality ... own half ... mixed passing ... down both flanks ... counter attack ... no offside trap.
