How to Win Against Any Formation?

Hi,

How should my team counter 4-1-4-1 formation?

DL-DC-DC-DR
DMC
ML-MC-MC-MR
ST

My avg team rating is higher than my opponents' team.

I am facing a strange formation (that looks kinda strong):

Now i am using a 4-5-1 V Motivated, but i am not really sure it will counter this (they actually look kinda even, he has a slight more power in the centre of the attack thou). So what formation do you recommend? Thanks!

Edit: I have like 10 points more than this team, but he has beated several teams stronger than him (kinda scary). Ty!

normal mentality ... down both flanks ... whole pitch ... mixed passing ... no counter ... no offside trap ... zonal defense .

or 4 4 2 classic with the same orders

Thanks man! won 0-2! He changed tactics to a hard attacking formation (3-1-2-3-1), and then i went back to my 4-5-1 V ^_^
