How to Win Against Any Formation?

Hi All! I read the sticky about tactics but couldnt find an answer.

It's 17.9(me) vs 18.9 (him) and he has a weird tactic. İ followed some of his matches, there is no "killer"formation vs his 4-5-1

He plays like this:

Dl - dc - dc - Dr
--(no dm)--
--Mc--mc--
Aml -amc -amr
----St----

Usually i counter 4-5-1 with 4-1-2-1-2 but in this case i would go for 4-2-1-1-2, the amc could be succesfull because of his lacking dm and 4defenders with 2 dmc and 1 mc should counter his stunning midfield.

İ would play defensive, mixed passes, maybe offside trap so here you go please give me some advise

Or maybe 3-2-3-2? With dmc*2 and ml mc mr?

Plus sometimes he plays 4-1-3-1-1 like that:

Dr dc - dc dl
- - - Dmc -
Mr mc - - ml
- - - Amc -

How to win against 5-4-1 and same quality like mine. Striker is 8* Player. He is one level more up than mine. He bought much from Scout.
