How to Win Against Any Formation?

Hi, tomorrow i had a match against 4-5-1 flat.. i read that the best formation is 3-5-2 but i have a ST injuried.. what can i do? can i put an AML (over ML)?

As he's playing flat a better option may be 3DC's 4 flat 1-1, that AM in the centre gives your striker more support and someone to link the MF with him, more passing options the AMC can also receive balls from your wide player instead of having to take the full backs on. The AM will also pick up the spare MC he has when you lose possession.
I could give you a better formation but you would need the following to play it.
AML/AMC and AML/ML or the reverse and DMR/ML and DMC or again the reverse.
